1. Use of the site
Brussels Clubs is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, share links, and submit a partner application. You may not scrape, reproduce or republish content without written permission.
2. Listings and editorial
Listings reflect our editorial judgement at the time of writing. Opening hours, music programming, and admission policies are controlled by the venues themselves and can change without notice. We make no guarantee that any listed venue will be open or operating as described.
3. Partner applications
Submitting an application does not create any obligation on our part to list, feature, or contract with you. Approval is at our sole discretion. Approved partners are subject to a separate supply agreement with 
Ltd.
4. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Brussels Clubs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at any listed venue.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Brussels.
