1. Who we are
Brussels Clubs is operated from Brussels, Belgium. For any privacy question, please contact us via the Partner Portal.
2. What we collect
When you submit the partner application form we collect: club name, owner name, email, phone, and any optional message. We also collect aggregated, anonymous analytics (page views, country, device type) via a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not use cookies or track you across sites.
3. Why we collect it
Form submissions are used only to evaluate your partnership application and to contact you about it. Analytics are used to understand which content is useful and improve the site.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process partner application data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit the form. Analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring site performance, with anonymous data only.
5. How long we keep it
Application data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted. You can request deletion earlier at any time via the Partner Portal.
6. Who we share with
Form data is shared with our supply partner, 
Ltd., only when an application is approved and only for the purpose of fulfilling your wholesale order. We never sell your data.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests via the Partner Portal to exercise any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

If we materially change this policy we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, contact you directly.
